What an iTeam agent does with the Google Docs API
Proposals from a template
The agent copies the template, fills in client, scope and price from the CRM, and sends the link to the rep to review.

After the meeting, the agent creates the minutes with decisions and owners and shares them with the attendees.
Document review
The agent reads a contract and flags nonstandard clauses for legal to decide.
Monthly reports
The agent builds the month's report with figures from your tools and leaves it ready for the manager to approve.
From the credential to the agent at work, with approval
Google Cloud project
Enable the Docs and Drive APIs and create credentials with minimum scopes.
Vault and allowed folders
Store the credential in the iTeam vault and restrict the agent to the folders and templates it needs.
Review before sharing
Documents going outside the company go through human approval before they are shared.

In general, the Google Docs API has no usage charge, but it has quotas. Access to the documents follows your Google Workspace plan.

Not necessarily. iTeam's HTTP tool reads the API documentation and learns the endpoints, and the deployment team sets up credentials, permissions and tests with you.
