Yes. The iTeam Free plan gives you 500 credits once, with no credit card. That is enough to open a marketplace team and see it working. Free includes marketplace teams, agents in Slack, WhatsApp, e-mail and web chat, shared knowledge (Hubs), and human approval and audit.

Pro includes 8,000 credits every 30 days and everything in Free, plus routines and triggers, 300+ integrations, credits per agent and per area, and the option to remove the "Powered by iTeam" line. It costs US$19 per seat per month billed monthly, or US$13.30 per month on yearly billing.

Max includes 40,000 credits every 30 days and everything in Pro, plus advanced models for heavy work, priority support, and more live rooms and channels. It costs US$60 per seat per month billed monthly, US$45 on six-month billing, or US$42 on yearly billing.

Six-month billing saves 25% and yearly billing saves 30%, and yearly is the default. Pro costs US$14.25 a month (US$85.50 every six months) or US$13.30 a month (US$159.60 a year). Max costs US$45 a month (US$270 every six months) or US$42 a month (US$504 a year).

A credit is the unit of work of an iTeam agent. A short answer spends about one credit; reading long documents, searching the web or building a report spends more. Simple actions such as looking something up are cheap, while advanced ones, such as writing to your systems or voice, cost a little more.

Tokens depend on the AI model and are hard to predict. Credits measure the work done, the same way every time, so you know what each agent and each area costs. There is no extra charge per token on any iTeam plan.

iTeam warns you when credits are running low, before anything stops. You can then move to Pro or Max, or the agents pause new work until the next cycle starts. Nothing is deleted, and your agents pick up again when credits are available.

On Pro and Max, iTeam credits renew every 30 days counted from the day the plan started, whichever billing period you choose: 8,000 on Pro and 40,000 on Max. Free gives 500 credits once. Unused credits do not accumulate, and there is no charge for extra tokens: when credits run out, you wait for the renewal or switch plans.
