How to access the Factorial API
- With your company’s credentialsOAuth 2.0 with an application registered in the Factorial account, or an API key generated by an administrator. Permissions follow the authorized profile.
- Employee data is personal and some of it sensitive, so handle it under GDPR or your local law.
- Employees should see only their own data, so the agent verifies identity.
- Respect the API request limits.
